I've been doing lead gen wrong for 5 years, you won't believe this

One tool. One minute. SOPs and a $67 workshop link inside

I'm Going All In (And Here's Why You Should Too)

I made a decision a few weeks ago that I want to share with you. Not because it's flashy or dramatic — but because I think it's going to matter for your business as much as it matters for mine.

I'm going all in on three tools: Claude Code, Lovable, and GoHighLevel.

That's it. That's the stack. For the rest of 2026, those are the three pillars everything I build, teach, and recommend will sit on top of.

Here's why this should matter to you.

The AI landscape shifted this year in a way that most people haven't fully processed yet. We went from "AI can help you write emails faster" to "AI agents can run entire workflows, connect to your tools via MCPs, automate tasks on a schedule, and build full applications from a conversation." That's not a small shift. That's a completely different game.

And if you're still sitting on the sidelines thinking "I'll figure out AI when it settles down"... it's not settling down. It's accelerating. The people learning this now — right now, this month — are the ones who will have the first-mover advantage when every business on the planet is looking for someone who can build AI agents, automations, and applications for them.

That someone should be you.

That's why I'm running the Claude Code Workshop.

Look, I've been doing a whole video series on Claude Code because I genuinely believe it's the most powerful tool most people aren't using correctly. But a YouTube video can only take you so far. I wanted to create something where you walk in with zero setup and walk out with a full dev workstation — CLAUDE.md files configured, skills installed, MCPs connected, agent teams running, and real applications built from scratch.

So here's what we're doing:

4 days. 8 hours total. Completely live.

This isn't a "watch me talk at a screen for two hours" webinar. We're building together. You'll set up Claude Code the right way — the framework that lets you build apps, AI agents, automations, and connect everything to Lovable and GoHighLevel so it actually works in your business.

And here's what I know for a fact — there are people right now charging $1,400 to $2,500 for workshops with less hours and less depth than what I'm giving you. I've seen them. Some of them are good. Most of them are theory-heavy and light on execution.

Mine is $67. Sixty-seven dollars for four days.

If you want the recordings and the VIP bonuses, it's $97. That's the upgrade. No hidden upsells. No "but wait, there's more" nonsense. What you see is what you get.

I'm pricing it this way on purpose. I don't want cost to be the reason you don't learn the most important skill of 2026. I want as many of you in that room as possible because the people who go through this workshop are the ones who are going to be building AI-powered businesses while everyone else is still watching tutorials.

If you've been following the videos, you've seen what Claude Code can do. The CLAUDE.md setup. The skills. The MCPs. The agent teams running code reviews in parallel. Now imagine having me walk you through all of it live, answering your questions in real time, and building alongside you step by step.

Whether you're building for yourself or building for clients, this is the skill that pays for itself immediately. One client project built with Claude Code covers the workshop cost a hundred times over.

I'm going all in. Come with me.

🎯 The AI Lead Gen Tool That Made Me Feel Stupid (For Not Using It Sooner)

You've built the funnels. Your automations fire like clockwork. Your HighLevel setup is chef's kiss. And yet… your pipeline looks like a ghost town on a Tuesday afternoon.

Here's what nobody wants to say out loud: HighLevel is incredible at nurturing and closing leads. But it was never built to find them. And for most of us, "finding them" looks like cold outreach at 10pm, buying recycled lists, or running Facebook ads that get flagged for no reason.

Cool. So you're a world-class closer… with nobody to close. That's not a business. That's a really expensive hobby.

Build AI Agents That Generate Qualified Leads 24/7

I sat down with Walt and Johan from Aixup — two guys I've worked with for five years. I've bought everything they've made. The software. The book. The events. Yes, even the board game. (Don't judge me.)

Most lead gen tools hand you 18,000 names and say "good luck." That's not lead generation. That's homework. Aixup layers AI analysis on top — so instead of drowning in names, you ask one question first: "Is this person actually a good fit?"

No? Move on. Yes? Deep-research them. Build a full sales brief — company snapshot, competitive landscape, psychographic profile. Drop it into HighLevel as a custom field. When that prospect calls, you know everything before you say hello.

The part that broke my brain: Walt built a fully functional AI sales agent — live, on my show — in 1 minute and 27 seconds. A real agent that:

  • Finds prospects matching your ideal client profile

  • Deep-researches each one and checks if they're worth your time

  • Writes hyper-personalized outreach (not "Hi {FirstName}" garbage)

  • Auto-generates a personalized interactive presentation through Gamma

  • Drops everything into your HighLevel CRM with a one-page sales brief

  • Does this 20 times a day. Every day. While you sleep.

Companies pay $6,000/month for lead databases that give everyone the same recycled list. Same names. Zero personalization. This is… not that.

The stories that sold me:

A gym owner — six weeks from going under — used people search to find CEOs within walking distance. One outreach. He landed the CEO of Cricket Australia. National contract. The CEO was 700 meters away the entire time.

A solo HighLevel agency owner doing review generation landed 161 restaurant clients in a single city. $300/month each. $48,500/month recurring. Just her.

Walt reached out to a sales trainer with 2.6M Instagram followers — not to pitch, but to spotlight him. Sent a $79 gift basket. When the trainer shared the episode? 46,000 views. 8,621 engagements in 60 minutes. Cost: 45 minutes and a gift basket.

🔥 Pro Tip: The real unlock is the influencer search + a give-first strategy. Don't pitch influencers — spotlight them. Interview them. Make them look good. When they share that content to their audience, you get exposure money can't buy. I never even thought to use the influencer button until this conversation... now it's all I think about.

Mass personalization is the move. Twenty hyper-researched outreach messages per day will outperform 2,000 generic ones every time. If the right people aren't finding you, maybe it's time an AI agent starts finding them.

🤖 AI Build Corner: Your AI Coding Assistant Is Dumb (And It's Your Fault)

Most people open Claude Code and just... start typing. No context. No memory. No skills. No connections. It's like hiring a senior developer and locking them in a room with no computer and no idea what your company does.

The AI isn't broken. Your setup is broken. I just dropped a full walkthrough on turning Claude Code from a blank slate into a full dev workstation. Here's the breakdown.

The CLAUDE.md file (the one everyone skips)

A personality file for your AI. Tells Claude how you work, your stack, your coding preferences, your communication style, and non-negotiable rules. Two versions — global (applies to everything) and project-specific (for individual builds).

Without it? Claude guesses every time, burns tokens figuring out your preferences. With it? It knows your coding style, your stack, your deployment target before you type a single prompt. Takes 15 minutes to set up. Use Claude itself to help you generate one.

Skills: expert-level superpowers

Packaged markdown prompts that Claude auto-activates based on context. Without them, Claude re-learns everything every conversation and burns credits guessing. With them, it pulls refined best practices instantly.

Out of the box, Claude Code can't create PowerPoints, Word docs, or Excel files. Give it the right skills? Now it can. Plus React best practices, Supabase patterns, Vercel deployment, and more.

Three sources: Anthropic marketplace (/plugin), community marketplaces like skills.sh, or build your own. I built a custom copywriting skill fed with my voice guide, influences, and brand details. Now Claude writes copy that sounds like me.

Best part: skills use ~100 tokens to scan. Full content loads only when needed. Zero wasted credits.

MCPs: the USB ports that connect AI to everything

Skills = knowledge. MCPs = tools. Before MCPs, Claude can only read and write code files. After: it queries your Supabase database, manages GitHub repos, searches the web via Brave, tests apps through Playwright, reads live docs through Context7.

Six starter MCPs. Twenty minutes to install. Stays connected across every project and session.

Agent teams: deploy a dev squad while you eat lunch

Spin up multiple AI agents working in parallel on the same codebase. I launched three — security, code quality, documentation — and they independently reviewed and reported findings. Then I deployed another team to fix everything. While I watched.

Token costs go up 2-7x, so start small. But this is an actual AI dev team running in parallel.

🔥 Pro Tip: At the same time you create your PRD for a new app, create the CLAUDE.md file too. Same conversation. Same context. Claude already knows the stack and architecture — it generates both perfectly. This one habit saves hours per project.

The whole setup — CLAUDE.md, skills, MCPs, agent teams — you do it once and it compounds forever.

The Week AI Stopped Showing Off and Started Actually Working

Claude vs ChatGPT Interactive Visuals: Same Feature, Totally Different

Both dropped interactive visualization features within 48 hours. ChatGPT's pulls from a pre-built library — instant, polished, but can't make anything custom. Claude's builds from scratch every time — takes a minute, sometimes rough, but can create anything you ask for. Both free on all plans.

💡 Pro Tip: Ask Claude to build a custom ROI calculator for your client's business. Drop it in your proposal. Watch your close rate jump.

Perplexity Computer Goes Wide

Dedicated Mac Mini in the cloud connected to Slack, Gmail, Notion, Figma — running 24/7. Demos showed autonomous morning briefings, candidate sourcing, and revenue reports turned into slide decks. One team claims it replaced $225K/year in marketing tools.

Honest take: it's mostly great at organizing data, not yet making autonomous decisions. But the infrastructure is being built. Pro plan users getting bonus credits to try it.

Canva Magic Layers

Give it any image, it separates into movable layers. Person, background, objects — all independent. One AI image becomes five ad creatives in ten minutes.

💡 Pro Tip: Generate image → Canva → Magic Layers → recompose into 3-5 ad variations for split testing. No Photoshop. No designer.

Meta Bought a Social Network for AI Agents

Acquired the team behind Moltbook — Reddit but for AI agents. Two theories: cut out creators entirely (agents create content humans consume), or prepare to advertise to AI agents making buying decisions for humans. Both lead to humans getting removed from the loop.

Karpathy Open-Sourced AI That Improves Itself Overnight

Give it a model, tell it to optimize, go to sleep. You wake up to a better model. Why you should care: every AI tool you use today will be significantly better in months, not years.

Rapid Fire

  • ChatGPT for Excel — AI sidebar that reads data, builds models in plain English

  • Claude Code scheduled tasks — recurring reviews, audits, PR triage on autopilot

  • Adobe Photoshop added AI text prompts using Nano Banana

  • Nvidia Neotron 3 Super — 120B open-weight model. More at GTC next week

  • Google Maps added AI conversations for trip planning

  • Figure's tidying robot — cleaned an already clean room. My kids do more under protest.

😲Voice AI That Sets Itself Up in Two Seconds (I Timed It)

You know how every voice AI demo starts the same way? "Look, it can answer a phone call!" Yeah. Cool. So can my 14-year-old nephew. Wake me up when it actually does something different.

Well... I found one that actually does something different.

Thinkrr AI — Voice AI That Sets Itself Up in Seconds (I Timed It)

🔥 Cool Shit We Found on the Internet: Thinkrr — Voice AI That Sets Itself Up in Two Seconds (I Timed It)

You know how every voice AI demo starts the same way? "Look, it can answer a phone call!" Yeah. Cool. So can my 14-year-old nephew. Wake me up when it actually does something different.

Well... I found one that actually does something different.

I brought on Cody and Mohan from Thinkrr to do a live demo, and I'm not exaggerating when I say this broke my brain a little bit. Here's what happened:

  • We picked a random roofing company off Google. Pasted the website URL into Thinkrr. Seconds later — a fully trained voice AI receptionist that knew the company's warranties, service areas, roofing types, and could book appointments. Two. Seconds.

  • The voice quality was insane. Natural, conversational, didn't sound like a robot reading a script. It answered warranty questions, handled objections, and tried to book the caller into an inspection — just like a real receptionist would.

  • Need to fix something? There's a little AI co-pilot inside the platform that you just... talk to. "Hey, our warranty is actually 20 years, not 10." It says, "Got it. Anything else?" Shows you the diff. You accept or dismiss. Done. No prompt editing. Just speak the change into existence.

  • Web widget drops right onto your site — overlay or embedded. Customizable colors, faces, even your own photo as the avatar.

  • Outbound is unrestricted. No one-call-per-minute limits. No forced "I'm a robot" disclaimers. No four-day cooldowns. Multiple follow-ups, qualification questions, disqualification logic, and direct calendar booking.

  • For GHL users: native integration. Tags contacts, triggers workflows, syncs transcripts and sentiment into your CRM. Built in, not duct-taped.

  • Agency play is wild. Full white-label, Stripe billing with custom margins, unlimited sub-accounts. Build a bespoke demo agent for any prospect in two seconds, record a Loom, send 10+ personalized demos per hour.

If you can talk, you can launch voice AI. That's literally their pitch and it's not wrong.
