The One Thing I’m Doubling Down On in 2026 (And You Probably Should Too)
You can have the best funnel in the world…
The cleanest automations…
The sexiest copy…
And if your emails land in spam?
None of it matters.
Here’s the thing…
For the last 10 years, I’ve been obsessed with email marketing. Not just writing better emails. Not just selling better.
But actually getting them into the inbox.
I’ve fixed inboxes for agencies.
I’ve cleaned up domains that were one complaint away from being torched.
I’ve helped clients go from “why are we at 12% opens?” to “okay… now we’re cooking.”
And honestly? I thought I had it pretty dialed in.
Then I decided to go deeper.

Why I’m Hosting This (And Why It’s Different)
Even though I’ve been doing this for years, I wanted to go above and beyond.
So I partnered with someone who lives and breathes the technical side of this stuff:
Matt Ratliff.
20+ years in network engineering.
Fortune 500 background.
Creator of InboxIQ.
The guy who actually understands what FCrDNS means without Googling it.
And together, we built what I genuinely believe is going to be:
The Email Deliverability Workshop you’ll need for 2026.
Not fluffy “write better subject lines.”
Not “just increase engagement.”
I’m talking:
DNS configuration done properly
SPF, DKIM, DMARC set up without guessing
Warmup systems that don’t nuke your domain
Engagement systems that protect you long-term
Real monitoring dashboards so you’re not flying blind
This is infrastructure.
And 2026 is not playing around anymore.
LIVE 3-Hour Email Deliverability Workshop
Saturday, February 28th, 2026 | 1:00–4:00 PM ET
This is a live, hands-on workshop.
We’re literally walking you through:
The 2026 Google/Yahoo enforcement standards
How to work toward >98% delivery rates
Staying under the 0.08% spam complaint threshold
DMARC enforcement progression (without breaking your own emails)
Dedicated IP decision framework
Safe volume scaling (the doubling pattern done correctly)
Matt’s full Warmup Snapshot inside HighLevel
The Email Engagement System (EES) with automated sunset policy
Monitoring setup (Postmaster Tools, SNDS, Yahoo Sender Hub, blacklist checks)
No fluff.
No theory-only slides.
No “you should probably…”
We’re configuring this with you.
And Yes… We’re Sharing Everything
Realtalk:
We’re packing this thing.
You’re getting:
A Custom GPT Bot that diagnoses your DNS records
Step-by-step HighLevel email SOPs
Microsoft Outlook inbox placement playbook (completely different rules than Gmail)
Minimal CRM tagging framework so your automations don’t become a disaster
Workshop-only pricing on Matt’s tools (optional — no pressure)
Plus…
If you grab VIP, you get:
An extra hour
Full recordings
Lifetime access
Standard access is $47.
Which is honestly ridiculous for what’s inside.
Why This Matters Right Now
Google, Yahoo, Microsoft — they’re not “suggesting” standards anymore.
They’re enforcing them.
Delivery below 98%? You’re on thin ice.
Spam complaints creeping past 0.1%? You’re getting filtered.
Still sitting at p=none on DMARC? You’re exposed.
And research suggests up to 72% of marketing emails never hit the primary inbox without proper setup.
Let that sink in.
You might be losing 700 out of every 1,000 emails before they’re even seen.
Important: There Are Only 500 Seats
And this is not a marketing trick.
Our webinar software caps at 500 attendees.
Once it’s full, it’s full.
I scheduled it on a Saturday on purpose so:
9–5 folks can attend
Agencies can focus
You can block the time
If you’ve got kids?
Get a babysitter.
Or let them hang out and learn SPF with you. (Start ‘em young.)
But be there.
This Is My Big Commitment for 2026
I’m doubling down this year on workshops.
Focused. Tactical. Critical education.
Because automation without infrastructure is fragile.
Funnels without deliverability are useless.
And if we’re going to scale in 2026, we need to build on solid ground.
I’d love to see you there.
👉 Grab your seat here:
https://live.automatedmarketer.net/email
Secure it. Block your calendar. Show up.
This might be the last time you ever have to Google
“why are my emails going to spam?” at 11:47 PM.
And honestly?
That alone is worth the $47.

🧨 How to Get A2P 10DLC Approved the First Time (Without Crying Over a Checkbox)
So you know that moment when you’re positive you did everything right… and then A2P hits you with a rejection?
Yeah. It’s not because this is hard.
It’s because you missed one tiny thing hiding in plain sight.
A bracket you didn’t replace.
A checkbox you didn’t adjust.
One sentence in your privacy policy that casually says you “may share information with affiliates.”
And boom. Start over.
Here’s the thing… in 2026, HighLevel tightened enforcement. A lot of old tutorials? Quietly outdated. If you follow them step-for-step, you’ll still get rejected.
Let’s fix that.
Step 1: Your Business Profile Has to Match Your CP575 Like It’s DNA
Go to Settings → Business Profile.
This is where most people fail before they even realize it.
Your legal business name must match your CP575 exactly. Not “close enough.” Not prettier. Exact.
Your address must match what’s on file with the state. Even if you moved.
Your EIN selection needs to be correct.
Your website must be live before you submit.
If the IRS letter says “MENTAL MONEY LLC” and you put “Mental Money”… that’s a rejection.
It’s boring. But it matters.
Step 2: Your Form Is Either Saving You or Killing You
Most people just use the default HighLevel form.
That’s mistake #1.
Here’s what you need to change:
The phone number field cannot be required
You need two consent checkboxes
One for non-marketing messages (appointments, service updates)
One for marketing/promos
Replace every single bracket placeholder like
[Business Name]
And your checkbox language needs to include:
message frequency may vary
message/data rates may apply
reply STOP to opt out
text HELP for help
If any of that is missing? Rejection.
Step 3: Privacy Policy & Terms (This Is Where Most Rejections Happen)
Realtalk: this is the silent killer.
Your Privacy Policy must clearly say:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Opt-in data won’t be shared (except messaging providers/aggregators).
And you should literally Ctrl+F your policy for:
share
affiliate
sell
rent
If your policy casually says “we may share information with partners”… you’re done.
Your Terms of Service also needs an actual SMS section:
What messages you send
How often
STOP/HELP instructions
Carrier disclaimer
Data rates notice
Link back to privacy policy
No SMS section? Rejected.
Step 4: The Website Has to Show the Opt-In Clearly
If compliance lands on your page and:
There’s no visible form → rejected
The calendar loads before the form → rejected
The privacy/terms links don’t work → rejected
They are not going hunting. They are checking boxes.
If you’re using a calendar, make sure the form step is first.
Step 5: Trust Center – Don’t Copy the Example Text
When you get to A2P registration:
Write a real use case description.
List what messages you send.
Who receives them.
How often.
Include any DBAs.
Do not copy the example text they show you. That’s an easy rejection.
Use real sample messages. Appointment reminder. Follow-up. Promo if you’re actually sending promos.
Be specific. Boring is fine. Vague is not.
💡Pro Tip (I Learned This the Hard Way)
Before you submit, open your opt-in page in an incognito browser like you’re the grumpiest compliance reviewer on earth.
Ask:
Can I immediately see the form?
Are both checkboxes visible and not pre-checked?
Do Privacy Policy and Terms links actually work?
Does the privacy policy include the “no mobile sharing” sentence?
Does the business name match the CP575 exactly?
If you run that 2-minute audit, you’ll avoid 90% of rejections.
Download My Team’s SOP Below
Look — this isn’t about paperwork.
It’s about deliverability. Carrier trust. Not getting your tax ID flagged. Not restarting a $24 registration five times because of one bracket you didn’t replace.
Follow the details. Don’t skip steps.
And you’ll get approved the first time.

I Built AI Agents That Run My Business (So I Can Stop Copy-Pasting My Life Away)
Before we jump in—real quick: Zapier isn’t my absolute go-to tool every single day. I’m still a HighLevel guy (you already know that). But I also don’t live in a world where one tool magically does everything perfectly.
Zapier is still very viable in 2026—yeah, it can be a little more on the expensive side once you start scaling… but for anyone trying to get serious about automations (and especially agents), it’s one of the most user-friendly places to start. The learning curve is smooth, the app connections are ridiculous, and it’s a solid gateway drug into “oh wow, my business can run without me clicking 47 things a day.”
Alright—now let’s get into how these agents actually work.
Look — if you’ve ever started your day by checking invoices, chasing payments, prepping for calls, and repurposing content… congrats. You’ve basically been running the “CEO + intern + content team” combo pack.
And if you’re like me, the annoying part isn’t the work itself… it’s the copy/paste Olympics you have to do just to keep the wheels turning.
This Zapier 2026 breakdown is the shift a lot of people haven’t made yet: ChatGPT can help you think. AI agents help you get stuff done. Like… actually done. Without you babysitting every step.
Here’s the big idea in one sentence:
ChatGPT gives advice. AI agents take action. (AKA: the difference between a coach and someone who actually runs the play.)
What Zapier AI Agents are (in normal human terms)
Most people are using AI like a fancy search engine:
ask a question
get an answer
copy it somewhere
paste it somewhere else
repeat until your keyboard files a complaint
AI agents are the upgrade: they’re basically a smart assistant with keys to your apps.
Zapier’s angle here is simple: it connects to 8,000+ apps, so the agent can:
check your sheets
send the email
update the CRM
write the content
log the results
…without you opening 17 tabs and forgetting why you opened the first one.
You can run agents:
on a schedule (every day at 9am)
on demand (run now)
triggered by events (pipeline stage changes, new row added, etc.)
The 3 agents he built (and why these are the perfect “starter pack”)
1) The Invoice Reminder Agent (the “pay me nicely” bot)
This one is chef’s kiss because it replaces a task everyone hates.
The prompt is basically:
check a Google Sheet every morning
find overdue + unpaid invoices
email the customer a friendly reminder with the amount owed
update the sheet to mark “reminder sent today”
And it works even better than most humans because it:
follows the same process every time
updates the tracking for you
can be scheduled daily
He even added a guardrail: only send max 2 reminders so you’re not turning into the world’s most polite spammer.
Bonus: during testing, Zapier makes you approve the email before it sends — so you can tweak it until it’s perfect.
2) The Lead Research Agent (the “walk into every sales call prepared” bot)
This is the spicy one.
Trigger:
a lead moves into New Lead stage in HighLevel (LeadConnector)
Then it:
grabs contact name + website + details
uses Perplexity (AI search) to research the person/company
pushes the report back into HighLevel:
updates the notes
updates a custom research field
And the output is legit useful:
strengths / weaknesses
tech stack
high-level insights you can use in the call
So instead of “lemme Google them real quick” right before the meeting… you show up like you’ve been stalking their business for weeks (in a totally professional way).
3) The Content Repurposer Agent (the “turn one thing into five things” bot)
This one is simple in concept, but massive in impact.
Trigger:
a new row gets added to a Google Sheet
Input:
paste your transcript/blog/script into column A
Then it generates:
LinkedIn post
Twitter/X post
Instagram caption
Facebook post
email newsletter snippet
And saves them into the next columns automatically.
It did stumble at first (couldn’t read the sheet row properly), but that’s actually a helpful lesson: sometimes you need to add an extra step like Lookup Spreadsheet Row so the agent can reliably grab the content before it tries to create outputs.
That’s real life automation right there — not “perfect on the first try,” but “easy to debug and improve.”
Pro Tip (this is how you don’t hate AI agents after day 1)
Most people mess this up by starting with some grand “automate my entire company” fantasy.
Don’t.
Start with one boring, repeatable task you do every day.
Then follow these rules:
Be painfully specific in your instructions (columns, fields, where to write the output)
Use the Activity tab to debug (it shows exactly where things broke)
During testing, talk to the agent like a teammate: “No — pull the amount from column D, not column C.”
When it works, schedule it and let it run
If you want it everywhere, grab the Zapier Agents Chrome extension so you can use your agents in-browser without hopping between apps
And remember: the free plan gives you 400 activities/month, which is plenty to test and build a few “this saves me time” agents before you upgrade.
Download the SOP Below
At the end of the day, this isn’t about “AI trends.” It’s about getting your time back.
If you can hand off invoice chasing, lead research, and content repurposing to agents… you’re not replacing your brain. You’re replacing the annoying parts of your job that make your brain want to quit.

AI News: The New Video Model That’s About to Break Your “Is This Real?” Detector
So… remember the “Will Smith eating spaghetti” AI video from 2023? The one that looked like a fever dream rendered on a potato?
Yeah. The 2026 version is the opposite of that. It’s the kind of realism that makes you pause mid-scroll and go, “Wait… did this actually happen?”
The big headline from this AI news roundup is Seedance 2.0 from ByteDance (TikTok’s parent company). And the reason people are freaking out isn’t just that it makes good video — it’s that it’s starting to blur the line between “content” and “evidence.”
🎥 What Makes Seedance 2.0 Different
Supports four input types: text, image, audio, and video
Generates 15-second, multi-shot videos with audio
Includes dual-channel sound and extremely realistic lip-syncing
Delivers impressive character consistency across shots
It’s already rolling out globally, but not officially available in the U.S. yet. Workarounds popped up. Most got shut down.
Now here’s where this gets interesting for marketers.
People aren’t just making cool demos. They’re creating UGC-style ads with it.
One example mentioned:
An agent crawled a product page
Extracted images and product data
Fed everything into Seedance
Generated a finished UGC-style product video
That’s not “AI content.” That’s AI performance creative at scale.
And yes… it can generate copyrighted-looking content. Which explains why it feels more unrestricted compared to some U.S.-based models.
⚡ AI Video Isn’t Just One Model Anymore
While Seedance stole headlines:
Kling 3.0 showed strong character consistency, but slow generation in early tests
Then Kling inside Leonardo generated similar output in minutes
Same core model. Very different user experience.
Distribution > raw capability.
🧠 The LLM Arms Race Is Getting Wild
This week also dropped a stack of major model updates:
Gemini 3 DeepThink
Premium tier only ($250/month)
Massive benchmark performance in reasoning + science
GPT-5.3 Codeex Spark
Same intelligence as Codeex
Dramatically faster thanks to Cerebras chips
Game generation in under a minute type speed
GLM-5 (Open Source)
Closing in on frontier performance
Strong agentic looping (plan → execute → test → refine)
Goal-based reasoning instead of simple task execution
MiniMax M2.5
Designed for inexpensive agent workflows
Competitive performance at significantly lower cost
We’re now in a phase where models aren’t just smarter.
They’re faster.
Cheaper.
And better at running themselves.
📢 Platform Updates Marketers Should Care About
OpenAI testing ads in ChatGPT
Monetization shift that could change optimization incentives
Google Ads adding AI video generation
Upload product image → generate ad video
Claude desktop now on Windows
More agent workflows moving local
Meta’s “Dear Algo” feed control
Users can directly influence their content feed
These aren’t flashy demos. These are infrastructure shifts.
💡 Pro Tip
Don’t get hypnotized by the realism.
Build a simple internal workflow:
Document how AI video assets were created
Track asset sources
Verify before publishing
Start with simple, revenue-aligned use cases (UGC explainers, creative testing)
Most marketers will use this to create more content.
The smart ones will use it to create better tested content faster.
The real shift isn’t that AI can now make good video.
It’s that it can make video that feels real.
And once that becomes normal, the advantage moves from “who can generate” to “who can build systems around it.”
That’s where this is going.

🧠 Claude Co-Work Is Anthropic’s Quiet Power Move
While everyone’s talking about frontier models and benchmarks, Anthropic quietly pushed something way more practical: Claude Co-Work.
This isn’t a coding tool.
This isn’t a developer CLI.
This is Claude acting like an actual desktop co-worker.
🚀 What Claude Co-Work Actually Is
Claude Co-Work is Anthropic’s desktop agent experience built into Claude. Instead of just chatting, it can:
📂 Access and work inside your local files (with permission)
📊 Edit spreadsheets, documents, slide decks
🧾 Summarize long PDFs and reports
🔄 Execute multi-step tasks without you prompting each step
🧠 Plan → Execute → Review → Improve loops
It’s designed to feel less like “ask a question, get a paragraph”
and more like “delegate a task and let it run.”
🖥️ Big Update: Now on Windows
Originally Mac-only, Claude Co-Work is now available on Windows, which is huge for enterprise and business users.
That means:
No command line
No developer setup
No complicated agent frameworks
Just open Claude Desktop and give it tasks
This is Anthropic leaning hard into “AI as a co-worker,” not just a chatbot.
Here are some of the more interesting real-world things people are testing:
🗂️ Organizing entire download folders automatically by type + date
📈 Cleaning messy CSV exports and formatting them for reporting
📑 Turning meeting transcripts into structured action plans
📬 Drafting email follow-ups based on CRM exports
🧪 Running iterative edits on slide decks (tone changes, formatting passes, summary slides added automatically)
📚 Bulk summarizing research PDFs into executive brief format
🧠 Running small internal “research agents” that compile multi-doc summaries
The interesting part?
It’s not flashy.
It’s operational.
This is the kind of tool that doesn’t go viral on X… but quietly saves teams 5–10 hours a week.
🎯 Why This Matters
We’re watching the shift from:
“AI gives you answers.”
To:
“AI handles tasks.”
Claude Co-Work is part of that second wave.
It’s not about bigger benchmarks.
It’s about delegating real digital work.
