Here's the thing. Most people never build their website because they think it's a project. Weeks of back and forth. A designer. A developer. A $10,000 invoice. Here's the whole path, start to finish:

• Go to Sites, then click "Build with AI." Bottom left of HighLevel. Choose Build, not Assist. Build gives you more freedom and control over what comes out.

• Start with a funnel, not a full website. A website has a nav bar and a bunch of pages. A funnel is 1 or 2 pages built to get ONE action: a booked call, a quote request, a sale. Just starting out? Funnel.

• Let ChatGPT or Claude write the prompt for you. Open the prompt guide, copy the template that fits (side hustle, appointment page, local service, coach, one-page site, freebie, event, or sell one product), paste it into your AI, and say "fill this in for my business." It fills the blanks or asks you the questions it needs.

• Paste it in, hit enter, watch it build. For the demo I invented a mom selling from-scratch cakes out of her kitchen. "Bloomfield Bakes." Five minutes later she had a full lead page: hero, offers, quote form, the works.

• Change anything by clicking and asking. Click an image, a button, a paragraph. The AI knows exactly which piece you mean. "Swap this photo." "Change the phone number to 1-800-555-1212." "Put my Instagram here." Done.

• Connect a real domain in about 60 seconds. Buy one at Cloudflare or GoDaddy, or right inside HighLevel (domains start around $10). Cloudflare talks to HighLevel directly, so it adds all the scary technical records for you. You click Authorize. That's the whole job.

The catch? There's always one. That quote form has to send the lead somewhere.  🤖One Prompt Built My Entire AI Team (Chief of Staff Included)

You don't need to know code to have AI agents doing real work for you. You need about 30 minutes and one good prompt.

I just built a full AI team inside Grok Bot: a Chief of Staff, an Ops Manager, a Marketing Manager, a Research Manager, and a Sales Manager, with an Inbox Manager and a Calendar Manager reporting up. By the end of the session, the team was in a group chat telling me what to prep for Monday. My inbox was cleaned and labeled. And a routine now briefs me every weekday at 6 AM before I've touched my coffee.

Here's the thing. Tools like Claude Code and Codex can handle heavier workloads. But if you've never built an agent before, Grok Bot is the easiest on-ramp I've found. A handful of screens. One-click connections. That's it.

Here's what you actually get:

• Install it in 2 minutes on anything. Windows, Mac, or Linux. Download, next, install, sign in with your Grok account. It comes with SuperGrok at about $30/month. The trade-off: it only runs Grok's model, not Claude or ChatGPT. For a beginner, Grok handles plenty.

• It's always on, everywhere. Your bots live in the cloud, so your PC and your phone stay in sync. Get the phone app on day one. I watched my bots working on my phone while I built them on my laptop.

• One-click app connections. Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, ClickUp. Click, authorize, done. And here's the part multi-business owners will love: you can connect MULTIPLE Gmail accounts. I run 5 inboxes. All of them, one bot.

• Teach it who you are once, and every bot knows. Grok Bot has 3 kinds of memory: each bot's own memory, a shared memory every bot reads, and session memory. Load your voice, your businesses, and your goals into shared memory FIRST. Already use ChatGPT or Claude? Ask it to write files covering your brand, voice, and business, then hand them over. Brand new to AI? Ask Grok to interview you until it knows you.

• Let one bot build the rest. I made a Chief of Staff, told it "build my ops team," and it spun up the managers and their reports. It went a little overboard (it always does), so I told it to delete 2 and rename 2. Done in one message.

• Put your bots in a room together. Create a group chat with your Inbox, Calendar, and Ops managers, ask "anything I need to prep for Monday?" and they talk to each other and hand you the answer.

• Schedule it and walk away. Routines are recurring tasks. Mine: every weekday at 6 AM, the Inbox Manager scans my personal email and sends me a bullet list of what needs a reply. Can't find an app in the marketplace? Composio connects to 1,000+ more, free to start.

The catch? Two of them. First, your bots are dumb on day one. They learn. Every time one gets something wrong, tell it "commit this to memory" and it gets sharper. Second, bot usage is metered on top of the $30 plan. Before you build a team, go to Settings and set a monthly cap, and add a rule like "always ask before replying to email." Guardrails first. Then let them run.

The bigger pattern? A year ago, "AI team" meant a developer and a budget. Now it means a $30 app and one good prompt. The people who win here aren't the most technical. They're the ones who start this week.

 🧠 AI's Wild Week: Opus 5.5 Takes the Crown, GPT-6 Sol Goes Cheap, and an AI That Only Makes Decisions

Three new frontier models in one week. A brand-new kind of AI that doesn't write a single sentence. And Meta wants your glasses running your errands.

If you blinked, you missed a lot. Here's what actually matters for your business.

Claude Opus 5.5 is the new king (with one asterisk). Anthropic's Opus 5.5 is officially the smartest model on the board right now. It tops the charts in agentic coding, knowledge work, computer use, and chart reading, and it beats OpenAI's flagship GPT-6 Astra on coding for both score AND cost. The price per token dropped too: $4 per million input, $20 per million output (down from $5 and $25). One tester let it build a full video game on its own for almost 20 hours, and the result looked like the real thing. It's also turning heads for animated explainer videos it draws with plain code. The asterisk? It's hungry. Opus 5.5 burns through more output tokens than any other model, so your cost per task doesn't fall as much as the sticker price suggests. Use it for the hard stuff, not for sorting your inbox.

GPT-6 Sol and Luna: almost as good, half the price. OpenAI shipped two budget models. GPT-6 Sol costs $2 in and $10 out per million tokens, half of what the last version cost. GPT-6 Luna is even cheaper: 10 cents in, 50 cents out. They don't beat Astra on the benchmarks, but Sol on its highest setting scores about where Astra does on medium, for a fraction of the cost. Translation: the "good enough" tier just got very good and very cheap.

Jev: the AI that skips the talking. This one had the whole AI world buzzing. Every chatbot you've used generates text, even when you just want a yes or no. Jev, from a company called Typesafe AI, skips the essay and goes straight to the decision: pick an option, give a score, or answer true/false, plus how confident it is. Input costs 4 cents per million tokens. Output is free (too cheap to bother metering). And it answers almost instantly. People are already using it to sort emails by urgency, auto-moderate comments, and flag sketchy links before anyone clicks. The catch: new signups are paused because demand crushed them. Get on the list anyway.

Meta's Muse agent gets glasses, an email address, and your computer. Muse is Meta's no-setup AI agent, and it's free in supported regions. Now you can boss it around by talking to your Ray-Ban Meta glasses. It's getting its own email address, so you forward it a "can we schedule a call?" email and it finds the time, books it, and replies. On Mac it can now take over apps and keep working after you walk away.

Rapid-fire that matters for your business:

• Grok 4.7 dropped. Cheaper, but a clear step behind Opus 5.5 and GPT-6 Sol on real builds.

• YouTube is getting AI custom feeds ("show me only AI news") and "Ask YouTube" search that answers questions with videos.

• YouTubers get A/B testing for intros, AI thumbnail help, and different thumbnails for loyal viewers vs. first-timers.

• Live streams get auto-dubbing into other languages in real time. Your next live can reach a global audience with zero translators.

• Microsoft Copilot got Chat, Cowork, Code, and Autopilot modes, with GPT and Claude models inside, wired into Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Gemini 3.8 got a live video avatar and text-to-speech with 1,000+ voices, available now in Google AI Studio.

• Meta's new VR glasses weigh 100 grams (a deck of cards), rival Apple Vision Pro quality, and ship spring 2027 for $1,299.

• Google's Project Suncatcher is testing AI chips in space with SpaceX. Yes, data centers in orbit.

Here's the pattern. Three frontier models in 7 days, and OpenAI's Dev Day lands next week. The smartest model today won't be the smartest model next month. So stop marrying a model. Build systems that can swap the engine, and let the price war work for you.

The AI That Can't Write a Single Word (And That's the Point)

Every AI you've ever used is a talker. Ask it "is this email a lead?" and you get three paragraphs, a bulleted summary, and a polite offer to help further. You pay for every word.

Jev doesn't talk. Jev decides. Yes or no. Pick one from a list. Give it a score. Plus a confidence number, in milliseconds. So I plugged it into Claude Code, put the bill on screen, and threw 5 real tests at it:

• 100 inbound emails, sorted hot / warm / cold. Jev gave the same answer as Claude 89 times out of 100. Claude's bill: $0.27. Jev's bill: $0.002. That's roughly 135 times cheaper for the same call on 89% of the pile.

• 150 yes/no business jobs for a fifth of a cent. Fake invoice? Spam? Breaks community rules? Should we refund? Is this customer about to leave? All 150 answered for less than you'd find in a couch cushion.

• 312 of my real YouTube comments in 72 seconds, for about a penny. 155 worth a reply, 97 showing buyer intent, 5 spam. That's the whole job: it hands you a small pile so you only read the ones that matter.

• It picks the right Claude model for you. I fed it 12 real prompts. 10 of the 12 never needed the top (expensive) model, and its picks were right about 80% of the time. Fix a typo on Opus? Not anymore.

• Find files by meaning, not file name. Across 3 searches, file names found 4 matches. Jev found 50.

What it can't do (so you don't embarrass yourself): write, do math, summarize, or judge whether another AI's answer is actually good. And never let it make a call that moves money. One more: it's not SOC 2 compliant yet, so keep client data and anything sensitive far away from it.
