đ˛I Have a Problem (and It Runs on a Schedule)
Iâm obsessed with Grok Bot. Fifty-plus hours in and I still canât close the tab (my browser history looks like a cry for help). And if youâve been waiting for it to âsettle downâ before you learn it, Iâve got bad news.
It shipped 11 updates in 2 weeks. I counted. Since I built a whole AI team in it with one prompt last issue, it started picking the best model for each task on its own (Opus 5.5, Midjourney, Suno, whatever fits the job), and it can now search, read and monitor X for you.
Hereâs why I think this one has legs:
Itâs easy. No code. You describe a bot in plain English.
Itâs always on. Bots run in the cloud on a schedule. Close the laptop. They keep working.
Itâs moving fast. Every update becomes something you already know how to use while everyone else is still reading the changelog.
And itâs not running wild with your stuff. Every bot drafts and waits. Nothing gets deleted, sent or posted without your OK, and no bot ever asks for your password.
So on Tuesday, October 20, 4:00 to 7:00 PM ET, Kaila Love and I are running one live session: Build Your AI Team in 3 Hours. You walk out with 5 bots running on your own accounts:
Chief of Staff: plans your day, sends a morning brief, and builds the other bots for you
Inbox: drafts replies in your voice
Calendar: a nightly 3-bullet brief of tomorrow that flags conflicts, school pickups included
Tasks: turns the follow-ups you promised into tasks in ClickUp or Notion
Family Manager: my own template for the kidsâ schedules, pickups, forms and fees
Plus my Grok Bot Field Guide (30 tips and the exact prompts from those 50+ hours), starter prompts for all 5 bots, cards for your next three (Outbound, Content, Design), and a 10-Day Practice Calendar. And the customizations and shortcuts I only figured out by running 5 businesses on this exact setup.
The math: a part-time admin runs about $2,400 a month. This is $45, once, plus your own Grok Bot subscription.
Hereâs the thing about being early: it expires. Pretty soon, the people who learn this now are the ones everyone else pays to set it up.
đ Take my seat: $45
Registration closes Monday, October 19.
Talk soon,
Nuno

đ ď¸ HighLevel Insider: I Priced the Same Business on 7 Platforms. HighLevel Still Wins.
Youâre paying for 10,000 contacts this month. Even if you didnât email a single one of them. Thatâs how most of the big platforms bill you, and itâs why âcheap to startâ quietly turns into âwhy is this $500?â
So I put HighLevel on trial. Same business, same list, same team, priced on HighLevel and six of the biggest funnel, course, email and CRM platforms out there. Every pricing page cross-checked by Claude, ChatGPT and Grok. Iâm a HighLevel affiliate, so I wanted to know if Iâd been wrong this whole time.
I wasnât. At 10,500 contacts, the seven monthly bills ran from $103 to $510. And the cheap ones werenât cheap because they were good. They were cheap because they were missing half the business.
Hereâs why HighLevel keeps winning:
It doesnât punish you for growing. The others price by size: per contact, per seat, per tier. Looks great at 500 contacts. Cross 10,000 and youâre paying roughly 3x. HighLevelâs base price doesnât move when your list does.
Itâs the only one that runs the whole business. CRM, pipelines, funnels, websites, texting, calls, booking calendars, reviews, courses, communities, contracts, invoices, payments and AI that answers your leads. One bill, one login, one support team. Every other platform in the test was missing at least 5 of those, so you buy them separately and glue them together.
It doesnât take a cut of your sales. Several of the others add 1% to 5% on top of Stripeâs normal 2.9% + 30¢. One takes 5% of every sale on its entry plan. HighLevel charges you for software, not for your success.
You only pay for what you use. Email, texting, calls and AI are pay-as-you-go. 2,000 texts a month came to about $26. Every entrepreneur I know has dead months. On HighLevel, a dead month costs you the base fee and nothing else.
No traps in the fine print. One big-name CRM demands a $3,000 onboarding fee and a 12-month contract on its pro tier, even billed monthly. Another caps starter automations at 10 steps. Another makes you bring your own Twilio account and fight A2P registration alone. HighLevel: month to month, onboarding included, and they help you through A2P.
You can sell it as your own. Most of the seven canât be white-labeled at all. On HighLevel, the $297 unlimited plan puts your clients in sub-accounts you manage, and $497 Agency Pro lets you run it as your own SaaS.
And the one nobody else can copy: the feature upvote board. The community votes, the developers build it, it ships. Thatâs why the HighLevel column in a 30-feature comparison is so long. Six years of users asking, and a company that actually listened.
To be fair (because Iâd rather you pick right than pick me): if you send pretty newsletters to a small list and will never touch a CRM, a dedicated email tool is cheaper. One course, forever, nothing else? A course platform is fine. Everyone else is paying more for less.
Want to see your own numbers? I built a free side-by-side for this. Pick your business type, move the sliders, and watch all seven bills update.
Not on HighLevel yet? đ Start the 30-day free trial (card required). You get HighLevelâs onboarding, my free Skool community, and my 8-hour build course on top.
đĽ Pro Tip: Most people will read a comparison like this, nod, and stay where they are. The actual play is running the comparison for someone else. Every coach and local business you talk to is paying for 3 or 4 platforms and has never added up the total. Sit down with them, plug their contacts, seats and sales into the comparison, and show them the gap on screen. Then package the fix: âStack Consolidation: we move your CRM, email, texting, booking and payments onto one platform under our brand. Migration + setup, $1,500, live in 14 days.â Put each client on a sub-account under your $297 plan and rebill at $197/mo. Ten clients is $1,970 a month against a $297 bill. The comparison does the selling. You do the moving.
The bottom line: the other platforms charge you more as you win. HighLevel charges you more only when you work. Thatâs the difference between a tool you outgrow and one you grow into.
Stuck? Ask in my free Skool community. No catch. Want every single step? My 8-hour HighLevel course is free. Start at Part 3 (5:36:07), built for business owners.

đ¤Stop Building Grok Bots From Scratch. Steal These 10.
You know that thing where you spend an afternoon prompting a bot into shape, and it still doesnât know your time zone? Somebody already built it. Tested it. Put it in the Grok Bot marketplace, one click away.
Last issue I built a whole AI team in Grok Bot with one prompt. This time I went shopping. These are the 10 templates Iâd install first, plus the one thing you have to do after every import (skip it and your shiny new bot works for a stranger).
Hereâs whatâs worth your click:
dr eggbot builds your other bots. Install this one first. Tell it âbuild me an inbox manager across all 3 of my Gmail accountsâ and it writes the skills for you. (Yes, connected apps take several inboxes, not just one.)
Executive Assistant shows up with someone elseâs brain. Mine arrived with another userâs memories and routines like âexecutive interview prepâ and âconference room checks.â Delete what isnât you, then tell it to interview you about how you work.
Outbound Prospecting, Signal Prospector and Call Follow-Ups. One builds target lists from the public web and drafts first touches. One spots buying signals and drafts replies (it never sends on its own). One turns every recorded call into a follow-up email and a promise tracker. Swap the default CRM for yours: anything with an MCP or API connection works, HighLevel included.
Competitor Watch. Hand it your competitor list and it monitors their sites, YouTube, X and LinkedIn, then drops a weekly recap. I run this one constantly.
last30days for research. Pulls the highest-upvoted posts from X, Reddit and Quora on any topic and filters out the junk. It already lives in my own skill set.
The personal ones. A Chief Health Officer that checks whether training actually happened. Credit Card Max, which tells you which card earns the most points each month. A pitch coach for sponsorship and partnership calls.
The rule for every template: memories, routines, integrations. Change all three before you trust it with anything.
My hack for the rest of the marketplace: hand any template to dr eggbot and say âlook at this skill, tell me what youâd change for me, ask me questions, then rebuild it.â Five minutes later, a strangerâs bot is yours. And if you build one you love, the marketplace takes submissions too.
đĽ Pro Tip: Most people will import Competitor Watch for themselves and move on. The actual play is selling the import. Every local business owner wants to know what the shop down the street is doing, and not one of them will ever open a bot marketplace. Grab the template, have dr eggbot rewrite it around one clientâs 5 competitors, and package it: âCompetitor Intel Bot: a weekly report on your top 5 competitorsâ websites, YouTube, X and LinkedIn, in your inbox every Monday. Setup $750, $150/mo to keep it tuned.â The first rewrite takes an hour. The second client takes 20 minutes. Ten clients is $1,500 a month in retainers on a bot you didnât build. Someone else wrote it. You get the check.
The bottom line: building from a blank prompt is the slow lane now. The marketplace is a library of other peopleâs tested work, and dr eggbot rewrites it with your name on the cover. Start with someone elseâs 80%. Spend your time on the 20% thatâs actually you.

đ§ AIâs Loudest Week: Haiku 5.5, GPT-6 Goes Visual, and Grok Bot Gets Eyes on X
Anthropic shipped a model built to cut your API bill. OpenAI promised a release every single day for 28 days, and so far itâs shipping more than one.
If you run bots, agents or automations for clients, three of these change your margins this month.
Claude Haiku 5.5: the cheap seat thatâs actually good
Haiku 5.5 isnât trying to be the smartest model in the room. Itâs built for volume: summaries, classification, database queries, the repetitive jobs your automations run 1,000 times a day. Anthropic even recommends it as a sub-agent inside bigger coding work.
The numbers that matter: on extra-high effort it lands roughly where Sonnet 5.5 sits on medium, at about 28¢ versus 93¢. Average cost per task came in around 21¢. It eats a lot of tokens, but theyâre so cheap it barely moves the bill.
Same week, Claude got live dashboards that connect to your data warehouse or CRM and stay current, on any paid plan. Claude Motion (animated explainers, built in) is in beta, but only for Team and Enterprise. Max subscribers paying $200 a month are not thrilled about that.
GPT-6 stops talking and starts showing
GPT-6 is now live in ChatGPT, and the headline is âintelligent UI.â Ask how an engine works and you get step-by-step images. Ask about a 7-speed bike and you get an exploded view you can click apart. Responses now come with charts, buttons, forms, checklists and little calculators. Itâs faster too: an intelligence level that used to take 215 seconds now lands in 109.
The rest of the 28-day blitz so far: default speeds up 50%, an auto-approve mode that stops asking permission for every little thing, a meetings plugin that records and summarizes your calls, and a Decisions API that returns a yes/no, a pick or a score instead of a wall of text.
Grok Bot now picks the best brain for the job, and reads X for you
Grok Bot will no longer default to Grok. It routes each task to whatever model does it best, including Opus 5.5, Midjourney and Suno. And it can now search, read and monitor X directly. One test bot went through its ownerâs last 75 posts, found the best and worst performers, spotted the best posting window (10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pacific), and pitched what to post next. If youâre building the Grok Bot team from the section above, give one bot that job.
Rapid-fire that matters for your business:
Mistral Large 4. A 1-trillion-parameter open-weight model that goes toe to toe with the top Chinese open models. Built for companies that want to run AI on their own servers.
Reflection Beam. Another open-weight model, 501 billion parameters, from a US company. Early testers only for now.
Google Playground. Describe a game, it builds it, desktop or mobile. Live at playground.google (US, 18+).
Google AI Edge Foresight. A meeting note-taker that runs 100% offline on your Mac. Your client calls never touch the cloud.
Gemini agent. Googleâs cloud agent with multi-agent orchestration that works across Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Slack. Enterprise-first.
Hark Pro. A computer-use agent that reorders your Target basket, books the Uber and cancels subscriptions on its own. Private beta.
GPT-6.1 Sol Ultrafast. 8x faster, 6x the price, on the $500/month plan.
Anthropicâs new usage policy. Sustained, needless abuse of Claude can now get you banned. Normal frustration and pushback donât count. (So yes, you can still yell at it about that bug.)
The counterpoint. Nobel laureate Daron Acemoglu predicts AI replaces only about 5% of what humans do over the next 10 years.
đĽ Pro Tip: Most people will read âHaiku 5.5â and think itâs just the budget model. The actual play is splitting the work. Most client bots run every task on the most expensive model because nobody went back and checked. Say a clientâs automations burn $400 a month in API. Roughly 70% of that ($280) is summaries, tagging and lead sorting. Route that slice to Haiku at about 30% of the cost and it drops to around $84. Thatâs $196 a month back on one client, and $1,960 a month across ten, without changing a single deliverable. Keep the smart model for the hard calls. Same output. Fatter margin.
The bottom line: every big lab now ships an agent that browses, books, schedules and summarizes. Theyâre converging on the same features. The winner for you isnât the shiniest agent. Itâs the one youâve actually wired into your business, your data and your client work. Pick one this month and connect it to something real.

đ˛Claude Code Has Been Spending Your Money Behind Your Back
Every time you hit enter, Claude re-reads your whole chat. From the top. Warm cache? Fast and cheap. Step away for coffee and the cache goes cold, so the next reply re-reads everything at full price. On my setup, one cold rewrite costs about $2.04. Let it go cold three times a day and thatâs $30.60 a week you never see leave.
Until now. Claude Code just got mods: you change its interface so the dashboard finally shows you whatâs going on under the hood. I rolled mine into the garage and bolted on 6, each from one pasted prompt.
A cache timer on the dash. How long your cache stays warm, and what going cold will cost you before you pay it. Watch at 0:45
The fuel gauge that made me put my coffee down. Your 5-hour and weekly plan use, when each resets, and what the session would cost on the API. One of my chats hit $16.33. Watch at 3:48
Auto handoff before you stall. At 80% context it writes a handoff file and you keep going in a fresh chat. The desktop app even adds a âsave nowâ button. Watch at 5:00
See whoâs spending your tokens. Every helper agent, color-coded by model, plus which skills actually fired. Watch at 7:21
A privacy tint for filming. Recording mode hides API keys, emails and phone numbers on camera. (Nate Herkâs idea, my prompt.) Watch at 9:34
The mod that designs mods for you. One prompt reads your last 30 sessions and suggests mods built for how YOU work. Watch at 11:19
Run âclaude updateâ first (you need 2.1.287 or later). Mods work in the terminal and the Code tab of the desktop app, and each one switches off with a slash command if it gets chatty.
Youâve been driving it stock long enough. Go put some chrome on it.
